Hi my name is Crystal (or Cris for short) living in Washington State. I was always the active girl in my family (ie: Karate, skate boarding, running, soccer, gardening, a lot of stuff) and was always called skinny minny. Sadly when I was 15 I had a major problem with my back and had to have surgery to help me. Since then my back is weak and doctors put a stop to all my major active hobbies out of fear of hurting myself more. Along with being constrained I was on depression medication after my big sister passed away and that didn't help my waist line.
Now I'm free from medication trying to count calories which is weird for me since I never used to and trying to do light exercise to help me shed these unwanted pounds and be back to how I was. I have poor self esteem and do struggle with depression and anxiety but I don't want to go back to pills to be happy! I want to replace pills with a healthy alternative!
**I weighed 175lbs the last time I weighted myself on 4/26/11 and that's what I put for my starting weight before I bought a scale**
