Finding out I had Uterine Cancer in December was a massive shock to my system, so after having my girly bits removed at 40 ( both ovaries, Fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, lymph nodes and the fatty covering of my stomach, I chose to finally do something to lose all my excess weight I'm carrying.
I have recovered quite well and feel like myself again other than my body being thrown into surgical menopause those night sweats and hot flashes are a bugger but I am taking medication to sort it out, I am also studying nutritional medicine part time for the next 4 years which will help me along the way to change my lifestyle for the better
