Married and living in Virginia. I am 63 years old and work full time. We have a Maltese that is the love of our life. We have family in Texas and wish we could visit more often. I used to train and show Sheltie's.

I have managed to put on a lot of weight and think most of it comes from seconds and snacking. Planning a trip in May to Texas and would like to lose some pounds.

weighing every day
I try to weigh once a week at the same time every morning. Stripped down to the bare skin. After you have gone to the bathroom. I feel like that is a very true weight.

Not sure what others would say but for me it works.

cabbage steak
Having cabbage steak for a veggie tonight for supper. Anyone know how to add it to my food intake? I have no idea what to do:Confused

Oh OK. Looks like I have been eating healthy carbs. I eat 1 slice of bread a day but not every day. I do eat low fat cottage cheese a couple times a week. Only 1/2 cup though.
