I am in my fifties ust diagnose with type II diabetes, and a Truck Driver, however I love to eat. Working on a diet plan that I do not get the ups and downs feeling. Mostly have energy, although it takes me a minute to adust to wanting to get things going. Once going if it is fun though and I can find happiness in exercise.
