Trying to loose the bit of fat that makes me "insecure". I am considered by my friends as "not fat", but I feel not very confident most of the time - I have an hourglass type of body, very very tiny waist, and larger hips, so I have to give up the dream of looking like the girls in the magazines. However, I know I can look and feel better by shifting those 5 to 7 kg that make my life not as perfect as I want it to be !
I have managed to loose almost 5 kgs so far, have had some ups and downs in my diet but mainly I am sticking to it. Ideally, I'd like to get to 55 so I can then start stabilization and stay around 57/58 kgs.
We shall see !
Already, being under 60 is a dream !
Am really enjoying the WW diet, am usually sticking to my points but am also watching my calories - well learning to watch them. Am very scared to turn into a cal control freak though, and am trying not too. None of my friends really understand my concern or acknowledge an enormous difference - but some of them have noticed that I look thinner - so I guess that's good !
