FS data base
I'm not sure what to do --
The FS data base nutritional listings are way off for
the Season Brand Norway Sardines in water with no salt added.
The information on the package is quite different. Maybe the package has been reformulated since it was first entered (?)
I've tried adjusting the portion amount but it's still quite off.
I've also tried creating my own generic version using the information available on the package but it's time consuming and I can't find a way to save it.

Thanks in advance for your help on this --
This site is a lifesaver for me <3

Starting slow, but really cranking it up.
Brisk walking is one of the few forms of excersize requiring that you use every muscle. (roller blading, ice skating, cross country skiing, roller skating, and swimming are the others) It also helps with your circulatory (heart) system and breathing.
Four miles of brisk walking might be a bit ambitious -- how about if you got a couple of 2 pound dumb bells so that you could brisk walk for 1.5 -2.0 miles and give your upper body a work out at the same time? (I think you'll be surprised at the effect it will have on your abdomen!!) Maybe after a couple of weeks add some ankle weights to work out your legs on your trek?
Biking is good -- but it's all lower body work. When you get your bike you could alternate the 2 mile walk with a 4 mile bike ride. Variety is good and will help keep you motivated!

PS If your bum is bumming you out you might want to avoid the stair-master.

Do I really look SICK ?
I spent my career as a facialist. Once in a while a woman would come in for a facial and say something like, "I just can't imagine what happened! All of a sudden, over night, I aged ten years!!"
Usually it meant that they had recently had their hair colored but it was the wrong color for them regardless of what the stylist told them. Also could have meant that they had bought a new seasonal wardrobe in the wrong colors for them, or that they had fallen in love with a new color while in a place that had flourescent lighting (which changes the appearance of the colors.)
You're a handsome kind of guy -- it's entirely possible that people didn't notice you so much when you were heavier. It's also possible that your favorite colors look good on you when you have a bit of a tan in the summer.
My best advice is to go to a place like Macy's where they have a huge selection of all things clothes and a balanced lighting so that you can see for yourself how the different colors make your skin come alive or looked tired and washed out.
