Replacements for salty foods
I have a thing for salty foods (green olives, chips, crackers, etc)and find it hard to lose weight due to water retention. I also have a huge addiction to Pepsi. Does anyone have suggestions of "healthy foods" that I can eat to satify my salt hunger without hurting me.
