I need these gone! ASAP
I am an avon representative and we have a day and night solution called am and pm solution for cellutlite. The doctors here love it. But a much cheaper trick is to by some preparation H and rub it on the needed areas before you work out and then work out and if you are at the gym sit in the steam room. Believe it or not this works. It also works to reduce puffy eyes.

Staying on track
It is so hard for me to stay on track with my eating. I work in a hospital but I might as well work in a bakery because there is constantly cakes, pies, cookies, candies all around me. I am looking for suggestions, encouragement etc... Sad
