Where is everyone from?
I live near Flint, Michigan. I do most of my shopping at Meijer and Kroger. There's also a Walmart, but I've found the food to not be as fresh. I get some of my food from a nearby farm as well Smile.

Cheese. Surprisingly, I haven't been eating cheese so much. But I like chocolate in my drinks, chocolate in my fiber bars, and chocolate just to eat! Yay for chocolate!

A good website?
I'm a newbie when it comes to going to the gym, I admit it Rolling Eyes. But I would like to know what machines do what and what muscle I'll be working on, etc so I at least know something. Do you know of a good website that'll show me what machine does what, or what exercise to tone specific body parts? Thanks! Cool
