Giving up bad habits...
I've stopped drinking soda since my mom told me about all the Sodium, even in diet. I didn't realize how sodium caused you to hold on to weight. I've been off soda since February, and I don't really miss it. I drink crystal light at work and home, and sometimes if I go out to eat I'll have a lemonade, and I know that has sugar, but I don't drink it often...

Vacation in Miami was great!! Ate well, not a lot of sweets. Lots of walking which was good. Didn't gain a lot of weight so I'm proud!
