Favourite way to procrastinate: learning Japanese, Tumblr, watching Supernatural/Hannibal/GoT/Anime and updating my food diary
Favourite food: couscous, sticky rice, fishless sushi, cookies, fruit and all green and red veggies apart from fennel.(haha complimentary colours ftw)
Favourite way to work out: Ballroom and Latino dancing on weekdays :)

kind of taking a break from dieting at the moment because I have to concentrate on school but I still try to log my food and not eat too many sweets :)

So You Want To Be A Loser
wow that was really inspirational, I am still very young and don't have a lot of experience but I can see from my friends that keep starving themselves and then always gain back their weight that dieting isn't a permanent solution. My roommate always tells me how fat I am and that I can't lose weight because I don't stop eating and I always tell her that I want to improve myself by being health and not just starving and she just sighs at me as if I can't be helped and I will still learn my lesson. My mom also diets regularly but fails because she isn't able to do exercise, I don't want to be like them, this post has reminded me that being healthy and doing exercise is important and I can't just diet for a few weeks and then go back to eating loads of fast food everyday. thank you for this motivation and good luck on getting your old waistline back Smile

Hey there I'm from Germany and I'm currently living in england for a year (so it's just the other way round) my tipp is also to stay away from German cakes and Schnitzel because they are just too yummy to resist and pretty high in calories Very Happy Also try using less oil when you cook and swap unhealthy snacks for healthy ones like apples. Depending on where in Germany you live I would recommend to cycle to places that aren't too far away, some German cities have a real cycling culture and all the roads are layed out to make it easier to cycle (at least they are where I come from).

looking for buddies
Hey there I'm 16 years old and just joined yesterday I weigh 63kg and want to drop to 56kg but I'm finding it very hard not to over- and undereat (some days I eat way too much because our school rarely makes good food and then we all overeat and others I just don't feel hungry an only eat 700kcal)
I'm looking for friends to talk to and diet with and I'm happy to talk to anyone no mater what gender, age and weight Smile
