Things are back to normal with work and the end of the school year stuff at home. I am ready to jump into the summer with both feet.

Very busy. I think I have found a routine. I have worked hard to keep from eating large portions. Now to add the regular workout routine.

Today was parade day. I was able to get a 2 mile power walk in and it did not phase me. I know I can do this.
