I’m not new to the site; in fact I had about three other accounts before this one. Thirty and well overweight in the Carolinas, I’m an activist and nonprofit executive. I’ve been overweight basically all of my life. Right now telecommuting for work isn’t helping, so I find myself doing Atkins to lose the weight and helping to change my eating habits too. I take my username from one of my sources of inspiration and the fact that I am a feminist.

Food Diary water content option?
I don't think there's ever been a place or feature for recording water content. In the past I just recorded it in my food diary as however many ounces I drank that day under Snacks/Other.
