Hi Spacey,

Thats why I was looking for any individuals personal opinion. I know that many of the sites get paid by showing positive reviews about the products.

Thanks

What is REALLY efficient when it comes to weight loss - sustainable weight loss - is to lower your calorie intake and/or up your calorie burn. That's really all you need to do.
Personally, I'd never spend a dime on any weight loss promoting product. There are no short cuts, just do what you know is right. Smile

Thank you so much King. I will really appreciate your response. I am already following a diet plan and successfully lost 40 lbs.

But now I am stuck to a situation that my efforts are not giving me the desired results. I want to lose more 20 lbs. So I was looking for some sort of supplements.

Thanks

salt vs soy sauce - Help!
You can calculate sodium intake by preparing list of the foods you commonly eat on a sheet of paper with the serving size and sodium amount. You can make this low sodium list even easier when listing the foods by a group and in alphabetical order. This reference sheet lets you quickly look-up and add-up the sodium amounts of your meals.

For 1000 calorie diet we can add 1,500 mg of sodium.

Thanks

snacks
One way to enjoy a treat at the movies without destroying your waistline is to bring your own snacks from home. Below are some options,

• Bottled water, club soda or Crystal Lite
• Flavor and Fiber Gnu bar or Chocolite Protein Bar
• Dry cereal: Fiber One, Kashi Go Lean or Puffins
• Low-fat mozzarella string cheese
• 1-ounce of pistachios
• Baby carrots or sliced peppers
• Pretzels
• Fruit such as apples, strawberries or raspberries
• Roasted almonds 100-calorie pack

Hope this will help.
