I live in the NOVA area where everyone seems to be health conscience. I have never seen so many people out and about since I was a kid and one of those people. But that is not why I decided to do this. I want to be healthier and help others as well to become healthier. In order to do that I have to be as well. Now in the age of technology we have the tools.
