Coconut Oil Diet
I have been hearing that adding coconut oil to your diet can actually promote weight loss. Has anyone tried this diet? If so, was there any noticeable change in your weight and energy levels. I am still skeptical about adding this to my diet and wanted some opinions on it.

Ditch the 100 calorie pack
One 5 oz. glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay is 104 calories. Rather than having a 100 calorie pack of cookies, enjoy a glass of KJ. It's the same calories, but will leave you feeling much happier. Smile
