As like most of you, I have yo yo dieted most of my adult life. I want to change, I want to find myself once again and become that happy, beautiful, fit, full of life and high spirited women I once was. I really REALLY want to ditch my insulin once and for ALL! I want to be a great example for my teenage daughter and I really want to FEEL fabulous but when I look in the mirror I want to be able to say CHA-CHING!!! YOU LOOK GOOD GIRL!!!

Fitbit?
I have a FitBit and I loved it but it's a pain to have to charge it every few days. I do have to admit when all the lights go off once I've reached my 10,000 steps, it's a PROUD moment Very Happy
