Length of Workout
While I agree with you that one can exercise as long as they want to it is also a fact that working out excessively has little or no benefit to the individual. Moreover, I wanted to encourage those who hate go to the gym or workout at home that the do not need to spend hours at the gym to see results. So if you like and enjoy hours at the gym who am I to argue with you. As I said, find a routine work that routine and the time will fly by.

Length of Workout
Workout out for no more than one and a half hours. Never ever workout more than that. You can really get a great workout in thirty min. The secret is to have a routine. Have a routine and follow it and your time will fly buy.

best breakfast?
I just today joined this group. I have changed the way I have been eating for the pass few months. I usually have a basic breakfast. A fruit smoothie, made with fruit and water, no milk no juice. Turkey bacon or chicken hash. That's leftover chicken breast with onions and green peppers cooked in a little olive oil.
