I am a mom of 3 boys. I had the first at 20 and second at 22, and just this April baby boy number 3. I've been married to my husband for 18 years, and we are so blessed to a baby in the house again. I have struggled with my weight since the first pregnancy, fought bulima issues, and know and tried just about every diet in the book.
I joined LA Weightloss last year before I knew I was expecting. I did fair on the program, while pregnant I could not be on program but it did help to keep my portions and choices in order. I became a counselor and recieved amazing training. I was able to work with some incredible clients to help them get great results. Our center closed down shortly before I was to return to work. So I am just staying at home with baby and loving it. (Both gifts from God, baby and being stay at home mommy)
So now I am going to get back into weightloss mode again but have struggled to commit. I know what to do and how to do it, but actually doing it is hard. My weightloss goals are to improve my health for myself and my active family. We hike and camp and I want to take the newest addition in our family out next summer as I had with the older boys. Its time to stop the excuses and just commit!!!
