alternate exercise
Rest till pain is gone, then try a non impact exercise like cycling or swimming. I know lots of sports people whose knees could not take any more running, so they switched to cycling and found it a great alternative and much safer for the knees.

Cholesterol reduction
After 7 days of no candy, no cheese, a small amount of milk I am going to treat myself to a slice of carrot cake, anyway I burned about 5000 calories mountain biking this morning so i don't feel guilty.

Cholesterol reduction
Thanks, I just did not what the general recommendation was, I have changed to spreads with plant sterols and cut out chedder cheese, I love cheese but eat two much of it. Cheers
