Can someone explain what KCal means?

... and if I workout ... where do the Net Cal come from and what is minused.

Not sure I am figuring things correctly.

Any insight to this would be great!

TROUBLE - need suggestions
Basically, I'm just trying to get my "groove" back! I've forgotten a few of my little tricks that used to help me keep my weight between 138-140lbs ... with muscle!

AS I mentioned, life kind of took ahold of me and through me a few curve balls.

Yes, smaller consistent meals used to help me throughout the day. It's just getting myself back to the small "meals" and what I used to combine and enjoy!

By "clean" I mean:
- fresh
- not processed
- self cooked
- no frying
- no sugar
