My name is Damien. I'm currently 34 and 6'1". My goal weight is about 190 - 200 lbs maybe, but I cannot seem to take in enough quality calories to offset my calories burned. The heaviest I have been is 219 lbs during the year 2010, and I cannot recall the exact date because I wasn't using FatSecret at that time, nor did I wish to recall that time period. :)
Up until joining this website, I have never counted calories before in my life. If I wanted to eat something, I did. I was shocked to see how many foods are loaded with calories and fat. Anyhow, I am trying to not only count my calories, but start a lasting exercise routine so I maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I am not sure what to expect with my weight fluctuations to be honest. I am not if I would look right if I dropped too much below 180, so I am at the stage where I need to start toning up my body more, and see where my weight goes from there. If I gain definition and pick up some pounds as a result of putting on muscle, I am okay with my weight coming back up a little.
My hardest job is finding someone local that has similar goals, interests and desires to stay active. Until then, I am trying to self-motivate!!!! VERY DIFFICULT!!
