Fluid Tracking
You can add water, and yet Sparkpeople tracks water, but neither is precise enough. I have since made an Excel sheet that tracks everything that I need it to. If anyone is interested, I'll post it up. P.S. It is in Excel 2010 format.

Fluid Tracking
I am on a strict 1500mL of fluid/day diet. Maybe I just haven't found it yet, but is there a way to track fluids here on this site??
