2. Be able to comfortably fit into booths at stores and resturants.
3. Be able to ride a bike again without doing damage to the tires.
4. Fit into a size 20 pants size.
5. Go up and down stairs without getting winded.
6. Be under 300 lbs.
7. Walk a mile without getting winded.
8. Be under 250 lbs.
9. Fit into a size 14 pants size.
10. Be under 200 lbs.
11. fit into a size 24 pants size.
