You should move as much as you can. Use the stairs instead of the elevator or go swimming for an hour at least twice a week. The more you move, the more calories you burn. This helps you to lose weight, but also to feel better about your body.
Also you should eat healthy. A little bit of everything and don't deny yourself anything. I think every food is ok, as long as you don't exaggerate it. Eat a spoon of ice cream - not a gallon, o eat a handful of chips - not a pack EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE to get rid of the cravings.
This is what works best for me. Eating what ever I like and burning more calories than I ate...

just a question
I'd say the natural sugars in fruits and veggies and so on should be fine.
I think the point isn't denying your body any sugar but resisting the temptation of eating chocolate, sweets and stuff, you know?

saying no!
I don't have a problem saying no and most people actually understand it. Sure, sometimes its wee bit easier to say no to something you're dying for to eat. I kinda feel stronger and more motivated after every food offer I successfully turned down.

Anti diet ppl
Help!
I'm at a friends house and she keeps offering me food and keeps telling me how to eat, what to eat and doesn't realize she's sjust being a pain in my a**.
Every time I tell her I wan't hungry she keeps offering me something to eat.
What's the best way to deal with that kind of people? Going away is not an option, since we're spending our holidays together.
