My diet is focused on high veggie intake, high protein, moderate fruits and starches, and low fat. I am a firm believer in eating natural foods and getting nutrition, vitamins, etc. from what I eat.

I think that the best way to lose weight is to get your portions down, balance your carbs and protein, and keep fats under 10g per meal. If you are doing all that and weight isn't going down, cut back on the portions, but maintain frequent small meals.
