Hi, I just started dieting for the first time in my life. I am 5'6" and was able to add pounds without looking really heavy. However, I let the lbs keep coming over the years and here I am at 207 lbs and 50 lbs over a healthy weight for my height. My mother died at the age of 55 - possiblly due to weight caused illnesses. She did not live to see my daughter graduate from kindergarten. My daughter just turned 15 and I turned 42. I want to live to see her granddaughter graduate from college! I have to make some life changes if I want to live the rest of my life in health. So here I go.
