I started this journey a couple years ago at 168 lbs, then quit trying and went up to 175 lbs which, for 5'3", made me obese. I felt tired, unhealthy and just... well... fat. I'm determined to get to the recommended weight for my height/build and to be as healthy as I can be- I don't care how long it takes! Some things we can't control, but this is something that I CAN be proactive about. I have 9 grand children and I want to be here to watch them grow, graduate, marry and begin families of their own!!
Initial starting weight was: 175 (Considered OBESE)
Lowest weight I got to was 144 in Sept. 2012
RESTARTING ON 3/14/13 AT 157:
1st: 02 lbs lost to 155 Goal 03/25/2013 REACHED 3/18/13!!!
2nd: 07 lbs lost to 150 Goal 04/15/2013
3rd: 12 lbs lost to 145 Goal 05/13/2013
4th: 17 lbs lost to 140 Goal 06/10/2013
5th: 22 lbs lost to 135 Goal 07/08/2013
6th: 27 lbs lost to 130 Goal 08/05/2013
7th: 32 lbs lost to 125 Goal 09/02/2013
