Questions
thanks for the encouragement! I increased my carbs a bit last week and the weight loss dropped to one pound.
So this week I am back to keeping it in the low 20s.

Questions
I read that the proper ratio of carbs/fat/protein in induction is 5%/65%/30%. Does anybody know the proper ratios for later stages? Somewhere in DANDR Atkins says the key is the ratio of fat to carbs, but doesn't say (that I can find) what that magic ratio is.
Assuming I make it through all three stages, just wondering if there is a magic ratio for lifetime maintenance. Does the new book address this?

Nervous stomach
I'm on day 11 now of induction and seem to have made it through the worst of 'induction flu.' But my stomach is feeling weird - kind of nervous and a little painful -- especially after I eat (a high fat meal which is pretty much all of them
). Anyone have suggestions on what to do about that?
