I'm a Wildlife Researcher and I have had an active life. However, I was getting weight as I was getting older. In July, 2012 I started to go to the gym and without diet I noticed that I was losing a little weight. Therefore, I started to do more exercise and started a diet, this was about a couple of months ago but haven't joined this site yet at that time. Now, I have lost about 20 lb and getting muscle mass. I think three things are important: exercise, diet, and whey protein shakes!.
