Length of Time on Elliptical Machine
I have come to enjoy doing hour long workouts on the Elliptical machine. However I have heard from a few people that shorter higher intensity workouts are better.
I do increase the intensity of my workouts...right now I usually do level 5 or 6 but sometimes I push it up to level 7. I also do 30 second burst of extra high intensity...as fast/hard as I can go because I have read that is effective. My workouts are quite intense...I am out of breath and am soaked in sweat for most of the time I am on the elliptical(sorry for being gross lol).
I have actually had people tell me to shorten my workout...and I would really prefer not to.
Advice?
