I don't ever remember being under 200 lbs. I would always say to myself, if I had to look back on my life what would I remember most? Well, it would be that I am always struggling to lose weight and I never get there. Now at this time in my life I need to lose this weight so I can lower my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. How sad that I just couldn't get there sooner. I don't remember if I've ever really counted calories. Now I am. I must say that I was shocked on how many calories I was eating. Even if you eat healthy, it can still add up quickly. I want to do this, so this I will do. I'm on my way to a healthier me!

Normal healthy eaters?
I hear you. I felt the same way. Counting calories was a big eye opener for me as well. Now, I have it under control and I'm starting to feel good about myself. Have a great day.

night eating
Not weird at all. I use to eat a lot after dinner. I had the munchies. I try to eat dinner a little bit later and about 1 hour before going to bed I have light butter micro popcorn. It has worked for me for over a month now. Good luck. It is a tough spot to be in.
