Growing up I was always the tall skinny girl. People still look at me & tell me I'm super skinny but I know I am gaining weight & no longer feel good about myself. In the past couple years I have gone up 3 pants sizes and am pushing a fourth & refuse to go any higher!

I've always eaten whatever I wanted because I had a great metabolism but the older I get the worse it gets. My mother always told me I'd break the "fat barrier" and I fear it finally has happened. I'm hoping keeping track of what I eat on here will help me watch what I eat more.

I used to work out regularly when I lived in Ohio but then moved to Florida with my boyfriend and lost my workout partners. I have a gym at my apartment complex but rarely motivate myself to go, at least not regularly.

Since I now live in a state where a bikini is worn regularly I really would like to feel good in one again!! I want to stop the weight gain before it gets to be too much to work off easily!!
