Recovering Nicotine Addicts
Just joined fatsecret because I am in exactly the same situation. Also gained 10kg from stopping smoking - now 18 months since my last cigarette but will persevere. Everybody says this is the ideal time to lose the weight since your metabolism has now stabilised - well I hope so! I refuse to buy any new clothes until I have lost at least 5kg. This is early days but I am hopeful
