I have four wonderful kids who are now too old to blame the weight on. I gained weight with every kid and never seemed to lose it. I now am nearing the end of my college experience and will need to be physically fit and need to fit into a uniform. In mid-December I go in for my test and to try to get the job so I need to be well on my way to losing some weight. I have attempted to eat better (my major weakness is an energy drink every morning and potatoes) and I am hoping that some of the depression will melt away with the weight.

I`m desperate. What should I do?
If he truly loved you, he would love you for you. It is obvious that this is not the case. Why subject yourself to this sort of criticism. And maybe it would be easier to lose weight without a threat hanging over you. Do it for you, not for somew random guy who really is just looking for a reason to dump you. Dump him and find someone who will be supportive of you for who and what you are.
