Hi, don't give up. What about eating a bit more protein which tends to satisfy hunger. so perhaps where you eat eggs and tosat double up on the eggs and just have 1 slice of toast.

Do you like fish? Salmon is quick and easy to cook and what about tinned tuna?

I've found it a good idea to think about the days where I've felt satisfied by my food and try to eat those things again.In the beginning I was "cutting down"m y food and felt hungry but now I've got a better idea of what is tasty and filling.

What counts as bread?
What about porridge for breakfast? I make mine with 1/3rd cup of porridge oats to 2/3rd cup of semi skim milk with a half teaspoon soft brown sugar sprinkled on top. It's delicious and very satisfying.

Help! I am SOOO fed up, what am I doing wrong??
Hi, I notice that you have listed as exercise things like driving, shopping etc and I think you might be over estimating the amount of exercise you do. If I were you I would think of reducing my calorie intake. I think your 1800 cal allowance is letting you maintain your weight but not getting you to push over to lose anything.

I wondered if you would take offence at my suggestion that you may be "sedentary" rather than moderately active so I just want to say here that no offence was intended. Reading your profile I see we are about the same age etc so my suggestion was something I thought might be relevant. A

Hi, You look as though you have done very well so far. Only one thing I would consider if you think you've come to a bit of a halt is whether you should consider changing your settings to sedentary instead of moderate. I know that sedentary sounds so bad doesn't it with connotations of being a couch potato, but I chose sedentary for myself as realistically I sit at an office desk for 8 hours and then after work spend most evenings at home.

Although I go dancing twice a week and fit in a long walk (3 miles) once a week and am fairly active I figure I can add these chunks of activity to my exercise log as and when I do them.

I think maybe 1900 calories is a bit high if you haven't reached the weight you are aiming for yet, but probably fine for maintenance.
