How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every morning after doing my 'things'. Haha! Lot of people says that, weighing yourself everyday is not good. But for me, it's really important! It keeps me form watching to what I ate and encourage me to be more discipline. And you know what, those really help me a lot in my diet program.
