Im Bob, I've been going to the gym for many years. For the past 4-5 yrs I have logged a lot of gym time. Im very strong and love to lift weights. At about 23 is when I started gaining weight here and there but never really stuck with a diet. Now im about 265lbs now and I want to get back down to the low 200's. I want to feel and look better.
