I am a 27 y.o., stay-at-home mom, where I run a small childcare from my home. November of 2009 I was diagnosed as Pre-diabetic, with type 2. Because of that I was finally able to make myself lose weight. Over the last year I was very successful in losing 40 lbs. The past few months, however, I've put back 7 of those and finding it very difficult to maintain that! I mainly use Weight Watcher's, however I am not doing so well keeping to my points, especially not being able to go to the meetings. This is the next best thing!
