Okay so today was definitely not a good day. For starters, I ate a second muffin at breakfast only because I wasn't properly awake when I ate the first one and it was like I didn't really register it. Then I allowed myself the homemade nutella. I don't feel that guilty about the peanut butter because it's just fat and protein and not as much sugar as you'd think. Well, I know I shouldn't feel guilty because that's less healthy than the nutella. The thing is that I then went out to dinner and had a salad with a really fattening dressing. Way to ruin raw vegetables, right? So that was also not good. To top everything off I've had wayy too many calories today. And I was going for 7 straight losing days. Christ. Well, now I just need to move on. I have 2 weeks and I should be able to lose at 4lbs. That's not too much to aim for, I don't think. I just need to practice some self control for once.
