pregnant
I made so much progress last year from August. by dec had lost 14kgs. I wanted to loose another 14kgs this year but am now pregnant. How can mantain a healthy weight gain during this process? I just want to put on the required weight only. I have crazy cravings right now..ice cream, juice, cookies.. i limit the intake to once a week only. what are your thoughts?
