OK - starting over. I have been off the site for a while. It is good to get back at it since my clothes don't fit well and just sitting down is uncomfortable after gaining back a bunch of weight. You have to start somewhere, so here goes.

I have been following a program with my sister and have made it to 8 days without slipping. My pants feel loose and I am starting to swagger a bit. Yahoo! I send out a thanks to my sister.
