I have been struggling with a compulsive eating disorder from the age of 16 - I binge eat and then I starve myself. I am SO tired of this yo-yo way of weight loss and weight gain for the past 25 years. This is going to stop TODAY. The Holy Ghost lives within me and I owe Him, Jesus and God to look after the body He has given me.

Whatever I eat, drink or do I will do it to honor Him and give Him praise.

There is NOTHING more important than Him!!
