My goal intake is 1600 to 1700 calories. One hour of aquafit is 600 calories. Therefore if I eat back my exercise calories I can have 2200 calories! ...

Actually only had half a serving of the cod, plus a serving of the chilli cod, so should read 11 carbs not 22.
