was a skinny normal sized child until about fourth grade. started to gain weight and kept gaining through high school until I was in a 22/24.I am not sure my exact weight but I know it had to be way over 220 as I am 5'6. Had lost my senior year of school and got down to a 20/18. then a 18w then a regular 18. I stayed at that for a long time. After getting married I gained some weight until I hit 216 I then lost to 187 and now am back up to 196. I had torn cartlidge in my knee removed and a arthroscopy in November 2013. I also have fibromyalgia. This makes my energy and ability to exercise difficult. I would like to get to 150.

up and down. was obese in high school. wore a 22/24W. Started losing my junior year. Stayed a 18W for years and eventually a regular 18. got down to a 16/17 after getting married and am currently there. weigh 196 and feel like I did before I lost my last 30 pounds in 2010. Had knee surgery 4 months ago. have fibromyalgia since 16. I was 187 in 2010, but it has crept back up. feeling frustrated.
