Ca n anyone share with me if they crave certain foods.
Here lately I have been craving French Onion Soup. I just made some beef broth and noodles. All in low carb and sodium of course. It solved my craving issue.
I have been told I have very high Chol and Trigs. I don't seem to have any energy as well. I also just lost my mother this past year. And have been suffering her lost. Plus the fact I have to sell to homes in order for me to have one for myself. So I have been depressed.
Anyone can make a suggestion what to do about cravings Thank you.

I'm really sorry to hear about your struggles. Since I began my diet, I too have gotten cravings (mine have been pumpkin, doughnuts, and pizza.) What I do to satisfy them is firstly to find recipes for them online (I use recipezaar.com.) The nutrition facts are posted, so I pick a low fat/calorie recipe and from there make substitutions (i.e. whole wheat flour for all purpose, egg whites for eggs, skim milk for whole, etc...) Also, stick to the serving size and limit yourself to one portion. That way, you get your fix the healthy way Smile
