I'm really sorry to hear about your struggles. Since I began my diet, I too have gotten cravings (mine have been pumpkin, doughnuts, and pizza.) What I do to satisfy them is firstly to find recipes for them online (I use recipezaar.com.) The nutrition facts are posted, so I pick a low fat/calorie recipe and from there make substitutions (i.e. whole wheat flour for all purpose, egg whites for eggs, skim milk for whole, etc...) Also, stick to the serving size and limit yourself to one portion. That way, you get your fix the healthy way
