I've been working standing at my kitchen counter and I can see the difference.
Sitting so many hours in a chair is killing us...

I would love a sit/stand station in my office, but as I have a huge set up with three monitors and two printers and speakers and cameras and lots of junk... my kitchen counter won't work. But I think I need to refocus on how to be able to raise my desk to stand!

LOL - Well I found a great hydraulic kit that will raise and lower my desk, and it's only $900! What a deal!

I'm actually thinking of maybe getting a drafting chair and using like bed lifters or something under the legs, to just permanently raise it.

I've been working on a standing desk mod to my conventional desk. Dual monitor stand that allows the monitors to slide up or down, and a simple stool keyboard riser that sits on my keyboard slideout.

At 6'7", I've never had a proper ergonomic sit desk. Been working outta my home office the last couple years and put on the weight. yuck.
