I'm posting this as I work and eat at my desk. If this sounds familiar read on.... I'm trying a Hormel Compleats Beef Steak and Peppers dish. Calories 210, Total fat 5, Cholesterol 50, Sodium 580, Carbs. 22, Fiber 2, protein 20. Tastes pretty good and will keep me from making a bee line to the pantry as soon as I get home! This is the first time my protein entake is higher than my carb entake on my food dairy. There is hope....
