Ok here's my problem:
My boyfriend is latino and refuses to eat before 9pm. I eat breakfast at 8am and lunch at work at 1pm, which is usually a light soup or soup + salad.
This means that either I'm starving at 5pm when work ends, or I snack on whatever is available, or I overeat at 9pm dinner.
SO I need a healthy snack or mini-meal for just after work (like on the way home or to the gym) to keep me going for another few hours.
Can everyone give me their top 5 healthy snacks that can be eaten 'on the go'? I have a fridge at work so could store not too elaborate ingredients.
