I am Jennifer and I am working on losing about 7-10 pounds...I am currently at 152 and would like to be somewhere between 140-145. I thought I was doing good until I actually started tracking everything that I put in my mouth and learned that I have a lot of work ahead of me...I love to snack and that is where my proble,s lies...I work long hours and find it hard to sit down and eat a real healthy meal...That is all going to change now that I see what I am actually eating...

Plan your meals it's the only way to get over that hump! It will be hard the first you do it, but it will eventually become a routine.
